My AF Tracker is an app designed to allow you to track and log your symptoms of atrial fibrillation (AF), and any treatment related side effects. The app aims to provide a way for you to keep track of your symptoms, and provide a useful record of your symptoms for your health professional. Each time you have an episode of AF or treatment-related symptoms, please log these as an episode.
The app will also send two questions each week to check on your general health and wellbeing. These are sent as a reminder so you remain aware of the app.
